Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage all aspects of human resources and recruitment. This role will encompass end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for IT companies and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on IT and technical roles.
- Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
- Design and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Organize employee feedback sessions and address workplace concerns to foster a positive culture.
- Plan and execute employee training, development programs, and career growth initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in retention.
- Coordinate and manage team-building activities, celebrations, and other engagement events.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts with professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in HR and recruitment, with at least 2 years of experience hiring for IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and labor law compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Fluency in English.
