This facility serves as the central hub for the group’s real-estate holdings, corporate governance, and financial strategy. From here, we centralize critical support functions—enabling lean operations and strategic flexibility across our entire U.S. manufacturing and industrial portfolio.
Established in 2026, GI Europe B.V. headquartered in Rotterdam is our primary hub for the European market, providing dedicated engineering, logistics, and fulfillment for both Wescon Industries and GI Aerospace. With our permanent presence in the Netherlands, we ensure localized expertise, streamlined regulatory compliance, and a commitment to securing the future of European aviation and defense infrastructure. This facility reinforces our long-standing relationship with our regional aerospace and defense partners, providing fast, on-site support and technical value creation across the European Union. Our offices are located at Weena 690 across from Rotterdam Centraal Station.
GI opened its first Middle-East office in Dubai in 2014, starting as a two-person team in Capital Golden Tower, Business Bay. In 2015 we relocated to the Burj Al Salam Tower near Dubai World Trade Center, and in 2019 we aquired Level 31 of the Executive Towers in Business Bay. Today, the Dubai office is the operational hub for our non-defense activities across the Middle East and Asia.
From this location, we manage Ivory Power, our wholly-owned engineering subsidiary delivering critical energy infrastructure solutions. The office also serves as the commercial arm for our US manufacturing division, supporting civil aviation and industrial clients throughout the region.

In July 2018, GI Corporation commissioned "GI Park," a purpose-built technology campus in Kochi. Today, this facility serves as our Global Technology & Operations Center. The campus houses the engineering teams behind our software systems and provides 24/7 operational continuity for our global logistics network. By bridging US and European time zones, GI Park ensures that our digital infrastructure and supply chains remain active around the clock.
