GI Europe is setting up its EU presence to coordinate customer communication, order management, and logistics support for GI Corporation in the United States. We are hiring an EU Operations & Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day customer coordination, delivery tracking, and office administration.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle quotes, purchase orders, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with U.S. operations on lead times and shipment planning.
- Track shipments and communicate with freight partners and customers.
- Maintain documentation accuracy (CoC, packing lists, invoices, export/import files).
- Support customer relationships and distributor communication.
- Manage basic office administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Based in the Netherlands.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus.
- Experience in operations support, logistics, sales coordination, or office administration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or technical product sales.
- Familiarity with EU logistics and customs workflows (EORI, VAT filing, import documentation).
- Prior involvement with EU OEM customer processes (Airbus, Safran, Leonardo, MTU, etc.).
- Competence in handling traceability documentation (CoC, CoA, serial/lot tracking).
- Experience coordinating with U.S. teams or cross-time-zone operations.
