1. Explore

2. Apply

To ensure fairness and an efficient recruiting process to all applicants, we collect all applications via our Careers portal only.

Once you've found a particular job opening that fits your experience, skills, and education, follow the instructions and apply online from your desktop or mobile device. You will be asked to fill in your personal information and upload your CV/resume. Once your application has been received, we’ll acknowledge receipt of your application by email.


It's always a good idea to keep your LinkedIn profile up to date before applying. Adding a well-written profile to your LinkedIn page gives you a stronger online presence and provides an employer with a quick introduction that highlights your achievements and expertise.

Do some research about GI, our story, our business portfolios and the role you are applying for. Showing our teams that you’re familiar with GI is the best way to show you are really interested in the job.

Tips for professional resume:

  • Include relevant keywords that are closely related to the specific job and that describes your skills, competencies and experience.
  • Add achievements that are applicable to the industry. Promote the purpose and achievements, that had a lasting impact on the company while fulfilling a particular role.
  • List all the companies you worked for in reverse-chronological order. Each should include job title, company name, employment duration, and a summary followed by a bulleted list of 10-15 points describing key responsibilities and achievements in relationship to each job
  • Mention education as well as all honors and awards under the role in which they were received. These help you stand out as a top performer.

3. First Assessment

Your application will be reviewed and screened by our experienced team looking at your suitability for the job position you applied for, in terms of experience, academic achievement, skills and competencies.

4. Application Status

If your application is selected, a member of our recruitment team will contact you to schedule an online interview.

The number of interviews you’ll need to attend depends on the role and, in some instances, you’ll be asked to take an assessment to make sure your skills and experience are a good match with role requirements.
